Unlike some pet moving companies, our pet transport company cross country requires that all animal transports have a veterinarian signed (APHIS form 7001) Health Certificate, a State Health Certificate, or a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection for interstate travel. NOTE: Although also used for international pet transport, the APHIS form 7001 DOES NOT require the signature of a USDA Licensed Veterinarian for interstate pet transport. Any licensed veterinarian may fill out and sign APHIS form 7001, and is good for thirty (30) days before scheduled transportation for cats and dog transport services.
Owners should provide a leash, collar (preferably a harness), and food enough for the dog or cat transportation service, stored in clear plastic bags.
Store any medications or injections to be administered during the delivery of a pet in their original packaging or pill containers from the pharmacy, clearly showing the veterinarian’s name, phone number, and business address.
We allow one carry-on bag per ground transport for cats and ground transportation for dogs. We will inspect all contents upon pick-up.

We understand plans can change; we strive to accommodate our customers as best we can. Please review our refund policy below:
Full Refund
Eligibility: Cancellations made at least two weeks (14 days), before a scheduled dog delivery or cat delivery service.
Refund Amount: You will receive 100% of the payment as a refund.
Partial Refund
Eligibility: Cancellations made between one week (7 days), and two weeks (14 days), before the scheduled pet transportation service cross country date.
Refund Amount: You will receive 50% of the payment as a refund.
Credit option: You may apply the remaining 50% as credit toward future pet transportation service with our pet moving companies cross country schedule within six months.
No Refund
Eligibility: Cancellations made less than one week (7 days), before our pet transportation companies scheduled pick-up date.
Refund Amount: No refunds will be issued.

Discretionary Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any dog transport ground service or cat transport ground services at our sole discretion.
Refund Guarantee: In the event of a company-initiated cancellation, customers will receive a full refund processed within 90 days of their scheduled dog delivery or cat delivery.
Exceptions To Company-Initiated Refunds For Scheduled Pet Transportation Services Cross Country
Health Certificate Requirement: Refunds will not be given if the owner and/or person responsible for the booking does not provide a valid Health Certificate upon scheduled pick-up.
Behavioral Issues: We will not refund you for pets deemed violent, unsafe, elderly, or too sickly for reliable animal transport upon scheduled pick-up.
Pet Transportation Delays Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, construction, traffic, congestion, or other unforeseen events. While we strive to adhere to our scheduled animal delivery times, these factors may affect the duration of pets transported.
Refund Processing Time
We will process all approved refunds via Zelle within 90 days of cancellation. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to reflect the refund in your account.
Submit all refund requests in writing via text string to our phone number. Credits for future transportation of pets must be used within six months from the original scheduled animal transport date. This policy applies to all pet transportation services bookings unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
